Welcome to ZenMystics Reset. By creating an account or using our mobile and web application (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

ZenMystics Reset provides short, guided mental reset practices designed to help users shift from moments of overwhelm or stress into a more centered state. The Service includes free practices of one minute and, with a paid Reset+ subscription, access to longer three-minute and five-minute practices. The Service is contemplative in nature and is not a substitute for professional medical or mental health care.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to create an account and use the Service. By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

4. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

5. Reset+ Subscription

Reset+ is an annual subscription priced at $29.99 per year, billed through Stripe, our payment provider. Your subscription renews automatically each year unless you cancel before the renewal date. You may manage or cancel your subscription at any time through the billing portal. Refunds are handled at our discretion in accordance with applicable law.

We reserve the right to change subscription pricing upon reasonable notice. Any price changes will take effect at the start of your next billing cycle following the notice.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
• Use the Service in a manner that could harm, harass, or endanger others
• Reproduce, copy, or redistribute practice content without permission

7. Intellectual Property

All content provided through the Service, including guided practices, text, graphics, and software, is owned by ZenMystics Reset or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use, copy, or distribute any content from the Service without express written permission.

8. Not Professional Advice

The Service provides contemplative and wellness-oriented practices. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical or mental health condition. Always seek the advice of a qualified healthcare professional with any questions you may have regarding a medical or mental health condition. Never disregard professional advice or delay seeking it because of something you have read or experienced through the Service.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. Your use of the Service is at your sole risk.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ZenMystics Reset shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or profits, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause or notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall remain in effect.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you through the Service or by email. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
